AJCOOK.COM, L.P. (the "Partnership") began in 2002 and will be formalized in 2006 to operate and maintain the internet domain ajcook.com (the "Website"). Pursuant to the Partnership Agreement (the "Partnership Agreement"), the Partnership is owned 99.9% by CHAPTER9.COM, L.P. (the "Limited Partner"), 0.1% by Emule.com, Inc. (the "General Partner"), a Georgia corporation and 0.0% by Remote Linux, Inc. (the "Special Limited Partner"), a Georgia corporation. An affiliate of the General Partner manages the property pursuant to the Management Agreement (the "Management Agreement").
